Eventos Mazatlán, located in Cerritos, Mazatlán, Sinaloa, C.P. 82112, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it, and how you stay in control of it.

We use your data for these purposes only:
Your deposit is processed through Stripe (card and OXXO) or by SPEI transfer directly to our bank account.
We do not collect or store card numbers. When you pay by card, that data goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers — we only receive confirmation that the payment was approved. Stripe processes that information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
We use the Google Calendar API to create your booking as an event on the Eventos Mazatlán calendar and to send you an invitation as an attendee, including the date and the details of the services you booked.
Eventos Mazatlán's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use that information for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service to you or as required by law.
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used: most-visited pages, device type and traffic sources. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers and give us aggregate information, not individual profiles.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
We share it only with the providers that make the service work, and only the minimum they need:
We keep your booking data for as long as our relationship lasts, and for the period required by applicable tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymize it.
We may also retain or disclose it when a competent authority requires it under the law.
You may request access to, rectification of, cancellation of, or objection to the processing of your personal data at any time, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to eventosmazatlanmexico@gmail.com with your name and event date; we will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
If your booking created an event on your Google Calendar, you can delete it from your own account whenever you like.
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Bookings must be made by adults.
We may update this notice when our services or applicable regulations change. The current version is always published on this page, with its update date.
