Who we are

Services and prices

All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include what each catalog service describes. Prices may change without notice, except for a booking already confirmed with a deposit, which is honored exactly as it stood at the time of payment.

Some services are listed as “Quote” because they depend on the venue, the date or the number of guests. Those are quoted over WhatsApp and cannot be paid online.

Booking and deposit

To hold your date, a 50% deposit of the total is paid online. The remaining 50% is settled on the day of the event.

Your date is only held once the deposit payment is confirmed. Picking a date on the site or leaving services in the cart does not reserve anything.

The calendar shows availability in real time, but if two people pay for the same date at nearly the same moment, we will contact you to reschedule or to refund the deposit.

Payment methods

You can pay the deposit by:

• SPEI transfer to the bank account shown at checkout. The booking is confirmed once we verify the deposit.
• Cash at OXXO stores, using the voucher the system generates. The voucher has an expiration date and a $10,000 MXN limit.
• Credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe.

Changes and cancellations

Any date change, change of services or cancellation must be requested by WhatsApp or email, as far in advance as possible.

The deposit holds your date, blocks that slot from other clients, and covers supplies and vendor bookings made in advance. For that reason each change or cancellation request is reviewed case by case, based on how much notice we are given and the costs already incurred. We will always try to reschedule your event rather than cancel it.

Weather and force majeure

Many of our events are outdoors. If weather, a restriction from the authorities, or any other cause beyond our control prevents the event from taking place on the agreed date, we will offer to reschedule it at no extra cost on the next available date we agree on with you.

Client responsibilities

For everything to go smoothly, we need the following from you:

• Correct, current contact details — especially your email and phone number.
• Confirming the guest count in advance when a service is priced per person.
• Respecting the agreed setup, event and teardown times.
• Taking care of the furniture and equipment installed; damage caused by attendees is charged separately.

Permits and civil ceremonies

Where the booked service says so, we handle the permit with the local authorities to hold the event on the beach. Civil ceremonies are conducted by a certified judge or officiant, who is responsible for the corresponding legal procedures and protocols.

Photography and publicity

We may take photos or video of the setup and the event for our portfolio and social media. If you would rather we not publish material from your event, let us know in writing before the date and we will respect that without any issue.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the booked services. We are not responsible for attendees' personal belongings, nor for indirect damages or losses arising from causes beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
